INGREDIENTS:


• Chicken: 3 lbs Boneless Thighs
• WCP Chicken Seasoning: 3 teaspoons
• Italian Salad Dressing: 3 teaspoon
• Honey: 3 teaspoons
• Olive Oil: 1 1/2 teaspoon
• Bamboo Skewers: 7 - 8 ( 8 inch )

How to prepare: Grilled Island Style Chicken Skewers

(1) Soak the Bamboo Skewers in a mixture of water and vinegar (1hr)
(2) Cut the Boneless Chicken Thighs into 1 x 1 square cut pieces
(3) Push each piece of chicken cuts through the skewer - 6 per skewer
(4) Rub the 2 teaspoons of WCP CHICKEN SEASONING and olive oil thoroughly into the chicken
(5) Cover then refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours ( best results 7 hrs )
(6) When the marinating is done, mix the salad dressing, honey and the remaining 1 teaspoons of WCP CHICKEN SEASONING in a bowl to use for basting
(7) Heat the electric, gas or charcoal grill to medium
(8) Place the chicken skewers on the grill for 3 minutes
(9) Baste or brush each side of the chicken skewers with the basting mixture
(10) Brush the mixture on the skewers every 8 minutes
(11) The fully done chicken skewers should take 25 - 30 min
